Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship to mainland England addresses only.
Our current dispatch time is 3-5 working days. We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Our current delivery options are Royal Mail tracked 48. Royal Mail Tracked means your order is tracked with SMS and email notifications, with options to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Standard shipping fee is £4.99.
Shipping is free for orders over £30.
Returns
We want you and your dog to love your Inu Collective purchase. If something isn't quite right. we're here to help.
There are a few things to note for refunds:
- You must return your purchase(s) within 14 days of delivery.
- All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting returned items lies with you (the customer).
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging, free from dog hair, marks, or damage.
- To start a return, please contact us at woof@inucollective.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been used by your dog
- Lick mats, enrichment toys, tug toys or feeders that show signs of use
- sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
